What is your warranty policy?
We cover all manufacturing defects for two years. This covers anything that is a clear material or product defect out of the factory. This is up to the sole discretion of DEORUM SKI CO and does not cover misuse, abuse or clear product neglect. If you have a warranty concern, please send us an email to info@deorumski.com with clear pictures and description of your defect,
We don't cover things like snapped poles or lost poles, but if this does happen, hit us up with a friendly email with the subject CRASH REPLACEMENT, and we will see if we can sort you out with a discount on replacement parts.
Do you have sponsored athletes?
We do have a small athlete roster ranging from grass roots to athletes on the Freeride World Tour.
Tag us in some clips of you shredding on IG or YT and send us a DM with why and how you want to be involved with the crew.
I am a retailer, can we stock your products?
We are stoked you found us. Send a request via the contact us page and we can send over retailer rates + information on stocking our products.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. Shipping Ski Poles is expensive, but we subsidise the rates you are shown. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. Depending on where you are, there might be duties or tariffs on your order as we ship all products from Canada.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If you have a change of mind, email us and work something out.
Please note that refused international shipments due to unpaid tariffs get billed back to us, and we will deduct these charges from your refund once product is returned.
