Shipping times can vary depending on where you are based. Our most accurate estimates will be calculated at checkout. We are a small team, but can normally get your orders dispatched within 1-2 biz days. If you have any questions about your order, fire us an email.

We cover all manufacturing defects for one year. This covers anything that is a clear material or product defect out of the factory. This is up to the sole discretion of DEORUM SKI CO and does not cover misuse, abuse or clear product neglect. If you have a warranty concern, please send us an email to info@deorumski.com with clear pictures and description of your defect,

We don't cover things like snapped poles or lost poles... but if this does happen, hit us up with a friendly email with the subject CRASH REPLACEMENT, and we will see if we can sort you out with a discount on your next purchase. Throw us some pics of you shredding with your DEORUM poles or footage captured with the RAV Baskets for bonus points.

We do have a few people that we sort out, but being small it is few and far between. Tag us in some clips of you shredding on IG or YT and send us a DM with why you want to be involved.
