Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at orders@deorumski.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, or product that has been visibly used.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
2 Year Limited Warranty
At Deorum Ski Co., we are committed to providing high-quality skiing essentials designed for the toughest conditions. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 2-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.
What is Covered
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal skiing conditions at the sole discretion of Deorum Ski Co. It applies to ski poles, accessories & parts purchased directly from Deorum Ski Co. or an authorized retailer.
What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
Warranty Period
The warranty is valid for two (2) years from the original date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required to make a claim.
How to Make a Claim
If you believe your ski poles have a manufacturing defect:
- Contact our Customer Service team at info@deorumski.com.
- Provide details of the issue, along with proof of purchase.
- Our team will review your claim and provide next steps.
Resolution Options
If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the product.
- Replace the product with an equivalent item.
Additional Information
This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser. Deorum Ski Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.
